This workshop is designed to help photographers of all skill sets take it to the next level. Understand techniques and start shooting with a purpose whether it be in fashion, lifestyle or swimwear photography etc. Attend this workshop/meetup to learn the way we see and read natural light, artificial lighting, combining flash with natural light, posing, composition, working with reflectors, modifiers and more - learn to make you images stand out and be magazine worthy.
Chuck Kovach, signed/represented & published photographer, and Doyle Harrell, published photographer and lighting tech, will be co-hosting this event and will be helping each and everyone of you with some techniques they have learned; to help fine tune your images. I will also be helping the photographers with the posing of models and what to look for when posing a model. Composition, lighting and posing are all key components that either make or break an image. Come prepared to ask questions and learn from these two talented pro's how to create a story with your image.
The theme of this shoot is "Shoot the Dress" ...our 4 models will be wearing beautiful gowns by local tampa designer - our focus as the photographer will be to capture the essence of the gown and the model. This workshop will be a more intimate semi-private designed event with only 16 photographers.
We have hand selected the models. Stephanie is a published model and has walked many fashion shows, Olensia is an agency represented runway model, Hana has walked many fashion week runways and Amber is no stranger to modeling either and has a very strong look.
All 4 models are stunning and truly an asset to any photographers portfolio. Each group will shoot with each model and have plenty of ample time to do so; there will be no need to chase after a model or interrupt other groups.
A makeup artist and hair stylist will be on location providing the models with high fashion looks. Your fees will cover the cost of shelter, fees for mua & hair team, food and refreshments and additional shooting props/sets and other materials. Each model will be provided with a model release and each of the 16 photographers will also receive a signed & witnessed release from each model. Attached is an image of the 4 models who will be a part of this shoot.
