Movie Screening: Koli Taal

Join the Socially Conscious South Asian Film Club (SOCOSA FC) for a light-hearted movie to celebrate World Food Day 2025! We will screen Koli Taal (translation: Chicken Curry) on October 22 at 5:30 pm at the Bellevue Library! The screening will be in Kannada with English subtitles.

Please ignore Meetup's wait list policy and register your attendance on Eventbrite so we can set up the room accordingly. And please take public transit if possible to reach the venue as parking may be limited.

Plot Summary: An elderly couple wishes to cook chicken curry for their visiting grandson. However, things take a turn when the chicken goes missing and the grandfather sets out to find another to execute their plan.
