Movie Screening: Ek Jagah Apni (2022)

Join SOCOSA FC in celebrating International Day of Trans Visibility! We will screen Ek Jagah Apni (A Place of Our Own) on March 31 at 6 pm at Bellevue Library. The screening will be in Hindi with English subtitles.

The Bellevue Library is accessible via the 2 Line and several bus routes on the Eastside. Please take public transit if possible to reach the venue as parking may be limited.

Plot Summary: Laila and Roshni are looking for a house after they are evicted from the place they rented. It soon becomes evident that their search for a home is also their ongoing search for a place in this society.
