Hosted By
Liam

Details
As part of our ongoing Stoic workshop series, this session explores the idea of Unconditional Self-Acceptance, as developed by psychologist, Albert Ellis. We'll look at how it connects with Stoic thinking and put it into practice through discussion and exercises.
All are welcome—no prior background in Stoicism or psychology needed.
