SOE Playground — Builders, Founders & Entrepreneurs (Capital Region)
SOE Playground is a weekly, open gathering for business-minded people who believe that building with others is stronger than building alone.
Hosted at Son of Egg in Rensselaer, this group brings together founders, operators, creatives, and aspiring entrepreneurs for thoughtful conversation, shared insight, and a midweek reset — without pressure, pitching, or forced networking.
Every Wednesday from 3–6PM, we gather during the slower hours to decompress after work, exchange ideas, and stay connected to the journey of a local brand that’s growing outward from this community.
This is not a seminar.
This is not a mastermind.
This is not a hustle meetup.
It’s a room with intention.
What Happens on Wednesdays
Reset & Arrive (3–4PM)
Come as you are. Grab food or tea, settle in, and meet people naturally.
The Chapter (4–5PM)
A short insight shared by the CEO of Son of Egg, followed by 2–3 community members sharing what they’re building or learning. No pitches — just progress, lessons, and real work.
Network & Unwind (5–6PM)
Open conversation, introductions, collaboration, and decompression before heading home.
You can stay for 10 minutes or the full time.
