The Power of Community
An Experiential workshop on authentic community
Many groups function. But true community rarely happens by itself.
This workshop explores the foundations of authentic community — not as an ideal, but as a learnable skill and a lived process.
Based on the work of M. Scott Peck (Pseudo-community → Chaos → Emptiness → True Community) and my own practice, we'll explore together:
what distinguishes true community from mere harmony?
why conflict, difference, and uncertainty are part of it?
how presence, trust, and responsibility emerge in a group?
how community can be experienced — not just understood?
The focus is on experience:
short impulses,
shared reflection,
simple exercises in the room.
This workshop is for people who
are curious
are willing to risk something new
enjoy genuine encounter
and want to learn community — not just wish for it
