Power Hour Walk *read details

Ladies! THIS IS A FREE MEETUP. RSVP IS REQUIRED HERE SO WE DON'T LEAVE ANYONE BEHIND.

This is a fitness-based, medium-paced, weighted or non-weighted walk with a stretch sesh and chat at the end. We will keep the group to a very small size.

* RSVP closes at 12 noon. Day of the meetup.
* UPDATE YOUR RSVP IF YOU CAN NOT ATTEND
* LOCATION: All the location details will be sent to all RSVP by 12 noon
* Make sure to wear sneakers and bring a bottle of water and a hand towel.
