🍫 Cacao Meditation Ceremony: A sacred cacao ceremony and elixir to open your heart and set the tone for this turn of the season.
🌬️ Somatic Release & Breathwork: Settle down with a few gentle movements and breathwork (suitable for everyone).
🎶 Sound Healing Journey: Experience deep relaxation and meditative stillness with a live sound bath featuring soothing instruments and vibrational healing such as gongs, flutes, crystal sound bowls, and other healing tools.
🌳 Silent Nature Walk and Rejuvenating Forest Bath with Live Healing Flute. 🎼
