What we’re about
Soft Life Sisterhood ATL is a curated community for established women ages 35–45 in the Atlanta area who are intentionally choosing ease, joy, and meaningful connection in this season of life.
This group is for women who value self-care, wellness, travel, and elevated experiences—from intimate dinners and cocktails to Pilates, yoga, spa days, and relaxed social outings. We believe friendship should feel nourishing, supportive, and aligned, not forced or transactional.
Our focus is on building genuine sisterhood in a calm, welcoming environment where women can show up as they are, enjoy good conversation, and prioritize themselves—without pressure or pretense.
