Oops, Here We Go Again: How to catch your patterns before they become problems
Details
A hands-on workshop for noticing your patterns and how to make a course correction before you reach overwhelm, burnout or find yourself breaking promises to yourself.
Cost: Free!
The vibe is: Adult sleepover with your girl friends where you get to talk about real sh*t, personal development doesn’t feel like a whole extra job, you get some real solutions and have snacks while you’re at it. Because women get to have multitudes - you get to be ambitious, capable and soft.
Who this is for:
You know how to leave the comfort zone to follow your heart and do things that scare you.
You’ve worked hard.
You’ve overcome fears, doubts.
You’ve taken risks.
You’ve shown yourself that you know how to be successful, that you’re capable.
But you know there are also times when your achieving has quietly slipped into enduring as you’ve stayed and carried things for longer than you needed to.
Where pressure turned into stress
Kindness turned into obligation
Love turned into validation
That one degree difference when water suddenly turns into steam and you reach your boiling point.
This is when your standards drop… you’re doing well for a time…when suddenly you didn’t have time to work out, you didn’t stick to your nutrition, you didn’t make the move in your business, you didn’t like who you are around your friends, family or partner.
But what if you could spot when something is about to turn into overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, people pleasing, fatigue, perfectionism, procrastination and course correct - who would you be?
This isn't a mindfulness workshop. It's not a spirituality workshop. It's not therapy. It doesn't require you to unpack your childhood trauma. Only a willingness to talk about who you are right now, and who you want to be,
Hope to see you there! Note this event is for women only.

About your host:
Sneha is 30 years old and spent 6 years working with businesses to take their products to the next level of scale, impact and profitability. She’s led launches into the US, UK and AU. She’s developed strategy, products, processes and teams to get it done and handled million dollar revenue projects.
She knew how to make money the masculine way, the ‘capable way’ and felt something was out of integrity for heart-led, purpose driven entrepreneurs.
She wanted to see if ambition could exist without sacrificing her quality of life and set off to find out. In her journey she went from $0 to over 6 figures multiple times experimenting with how success can be built from softness, regulation and energetics. She rebuilt her family relationships and continued to get paid for working less hours, when she wanted, how she wanted until she started her own business.
Now she triggers people by teaching them that satisfaction is the strategy, coaching women from the corporate world to the island entrepreneur how to create success, relationships and a life that doesn’t just look good, but feels like a 2000s Hilary Duff pop song.
In a time where there are an overwhelming amount of wellness, mindfulness and healing modalities ( to the point it feels like another job), Sneha teaches women tools to be able to lead themselves through challenges rather than outsourcing to another modality.
She’s most proud of the fact that she went from having a dysfunctional, traditional Indian family who wore sacrifice and trauma as a badge of honour, to spending every Sunday with her family painting and having picnics because they genuinely enjoy spending time together.
