Topic: Understanding the ‘Dominating Controller’ behavioral Style & adapting
Our last workshops on the subject were very engrossing for the participants that they wanted more time practicing it. This time we want to practice the role-play on adapting to this specific personality type – Dominating Controller. Then we want to reflect on the lessons learned. We start off by practicing what happens when we do not adapt to the ‘dominating controller’ personality. Then we discuss the shortcomings. Later we practice how to adapt to this ‘dominating personality’ and lead to a better outcome.
Even if you did not attend the earlier meetings on this subject, the basics will be reviewed at the start of the meeting!
