Session 2: Spartan Sparing

In this class we will be going over what the kids learned form "Spartan School"

Each child will provide a "Method" that modifies their Minecraft Avatar's armor, inventory, and abilities. All the players will get to play against each-others mods.

Points to cover in next this session will include "Teleporting" to X,Y,Z coordinates, "Switch Statements" vs "If/Then Statements", and some world modification.

This is the second class. If you were not in the first class you need to contact me to make sure you are ready for this class before you RSVP.

Minecraft has become very popular with kids today. Does your kid want to learn how to program mods?

We are going to offer a five class course on Code Kingdoms Minecraft Modding. Code Kingdoms is a kid friendly Java development environment for Minecraft.

Parents are encouraged to attend, and are free with each paying child. The cost is $15 per child per class for a total of $75 for all 5 weeks. Select 1 when signing up for meetup even if multiple parents are attending.

You will need a laptop with desktop version of Minecraft installed.

We are including a temporary "Student" Code Kingdoms account with the Minecraft class. It will be valid the duration of the course.
