In this edition of Courageous Conversations, Karen Edwards will share how teaching art history for over two decades transformed her approach to leadership.

About the conversation leader: Karen Edwards, Ph.D., has over 20 years of teaching experience in higher education and currently serves as the Director of Workforce & Economic Development and Title IX Coordinator at Laurus College. Previously, she taught art history and visual culture courses at the University of Akron, Cleveland Institute of Art, and the College of Wooster. Her specialties include sixteenth-century Italian and non-Western art.
