About the Discussion Leader
Karen Edwards has over 20 years of teaching experience in higher education and currently serves as the Director of Workforce & Economic Development and Title IX Coordinator at Laurus College in San Luis Obispo, California. Her expertise includes curriculum development, community engagement, and strategic planning. Edwards holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from Case Western Reserve University and a B.A. from the University of Dayton.
