Software Crafters Newcastle is a community for developers across the North East who care about their craft and want to get better at it, together.

As per The Manifesto for Software Craftsmanship, this is a community for those who believe that being average is just not good enough.

We run regular sessions throughout the year in a range of formats, from hands-on practice to open discussion and talks from practitioners across the industry.

Whatever the format, the goal stays the same: sharpen your skills, learn from others, and be part of a community that takes the craft seriously.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience level.

Food and drinks (with vegetarian and vegan options) are provided at our sessions, hosted at TusPark Newcastle.
