Cyprus Software Craftsmanship Community is excited to present the Jedi Master of Software Engineering, Robert Martin (Uncle Bob). Robert Martin has written the "Clean Code" and the "Clean Architecture" books, two of the most popular books for Software Development. He is also one of the founders of the influential Agile Manifesto.

Abstract

You have a new CTO. Me. Uncle Bob. In this talk I will tell you what my expectations of you are. I’m not going to tell you what to do, or how to meet these expectations. That’s up to you. I’m not going to micromanage you. Instead, I’m going to tell you what kind of results I expect from a team of professional developers. These expectations are obvious and reasonable; they are what any CTO would, or should, expect.
