EventStorming Workshop

Hi all!

Here we are again! I'm really thrilled and excited to announce our next topic: EventStorming! It's a practice I've wanted to look into already for a while (but as we all know...time & priorities often come into the way). That's why it is even more awesome we now have the possibility to practice this for real.

This is a rather practical workshop-like session which is why the session is limited to 20 people. It's a free event, so I kindly ask you: only RSVP if you can attend, and even if you subscribe but then recognize you cannot come, please cancel your RSVP s.t. someone else from the waiting queue can jump in.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
This session will be facilitated by Paolo D'Incau. Paolo is an Italian agile developer working at XPeppers. During the last years he discovered how culture supported by technical practices can reshape companies and organizations. He's deeply in love with Erlang and Elixir, too :)

ABOUT THE SESSION
What is EventStorming? EventStorming is a wonderful tool we can use to explore new ideas or visualize the flows of complex business domains. The real power of EventStorming consists in the way it maximizes group learning and allows communication between key people that might be work in different silos.
EventStorming is flexible, you can even use it to explain the way your company works to new employees or to improve the way a conference is organized.
As an example, Paolo will guide you through a practical EventStorming session on the example of how they organized the Agile Venture Bolzano
