What we’re about
This is a group interested in every thing a software development manager does. We are passionate about our craft and want to explore, support and elevate others. Our purpose is to classify what software development managers do, where they fit in different organisations and how they can be more effective. We will be looking at all aspects from building successful teams , how to be ahead of your team in order to have the correct tools to communicating with stakeholders. We intend to have Code camps, presentations ,Testing Camps. Interviewing product owners, designing architecture, defining the test plan, writing the code, testing all types, load, stress, scalability, UI, integration, the delivering to a customer. Real world examples.
