This group exists to explore the messy, human side of building software: from how we communicate (or miscommunicate) to how much design is enough before shipping. Each month we tackle one real-world challenge; estimation, alignment, tech debt, culture, stakeholder chaos, and share what’s actually worked (and what hasn't).
