A meetup for Team Leads, Engineering Managers, Directors, VPs, CTOs, or those who aspire to be! We seek to build a diverse group of members to share opinions, perspectives and experiences. Please note we are not open to recruiters / having our events be used as a recruiting platform, nor are we open to sales representatives of any kind pitching services at our meetup - thank you in advance for respecting these preferences.

Due to the sensitive nature of management topics, it is requested and expected that you will use appropriate discretion, and keep anything you hear from others at these events to yourselves. We cannot guarantee that others will do the same, so please be careful about the level of detail that you share, but please do share enough that the group can be helpful!
As mentioned above, sales pitches of any kind are not considered appropriate material for our meetup group.
The purpose of this meetup is to share experiences with and learn from other technology leaders, both current and aspiring. We meet regularly and share our current experiences, challenges and successes, such as:
- Hiring diverse talent
- Approaches to common (and not so common) challenges that face engineering teams
- Helping your employees' career development
- Methods for choosing technology
- Tools that help your team work better
- Challenges managing up
If you're not yet an Engineering Manager, but you aspire to be, this will hopefully be a great place for you to learn before you reach that goal and hit the ground running when you get there.
