Workshop: Agile Software Development - Quality as a Team Approach

Details
Performance-oriented software development should have the purpose to build a product that the user loves and that all stakeholders benefit from.
Software testing should not be seen in isolation. It is a part of the software development process and for which the software testers are not solely responsible for.
To build a product that the user loves, every person in the Software Development process should contribute to it.
The workshop aims to create a common understanding for agile testing - an agile testing mindset. In addition, cross-team problems and challenges for agile testing are identified and together solutions are developed to counter them.
Not only for testers! An important part of agile testing is that the whole team is involved, so this workshop is for all team members involved in the agile software process (e.g. testers; software developers, product owners, and anyone involved in the software development process).
The workshop is based on discussions, a smaller group is targeted (maximum 10 attendants).
