OVERVIEW
In order to program effectively with Golang we need to understand its type system, core data types and the various facilities made available through packages.

In this meet we focus on:

• understand Go type system
• semantics and errors
• layout of a Go program
• use package(s) in a Go program
• core data types (sequence, aggregate)

We will be doing hands-on programming and it will be useful to have access to a system running GNU/Linux.

DELIVERY
The session will be in ENGLISH. Great opportunity to engage, interact, learn, contribute and have fun.
