TOML copied INI format 11 years ago.

Since then it keeps piling features over its "so called minimalism" whenever newer feature(s) or one upmanship over YAML is deemed strategic.

TOML tries very hard to be different.

Our interest is to merely understand the TOML format (especially the confusion and complication seen) so that we use some complicated but as of now unavoidable tools eg. Pyproject.
