Enjoy the RoxyAnn fall colors. This hike will not exceed 5 miles or 1,000 feet of elevation gain.

We will meet at the uppermost parking lot. There are 2 portapotties here.

We will walk down RoxyAnn Road a short distance to a spectacular viewpoint of the Rogue Valley. From there we'll walk on the paved handicapped accessible trail with views the entire way.

Eventually we'll connect to the Madrone, and then the Manzanita Trail which might have some mud in spots. Walk carefully to avoid the mud as much as possible.

As we approach the top of RoxyAnn, the Ponderosa Trail has views to the east toward Mt. McLoughlin and northeast toward the Crater Lake Rim.

We'll take a break at the picnic table at the North Roxy Overlook before walking across the top of RoxyAnn to the RoxyAnn South Overlook which has a nice bench to sit on.

On our way down, we'll retrace our steps across the top of RoxyAnn before connecting to the Madrone Trail which is graveled (no mud) and takes us back to where our cars are parked.

Feel free to contact Chris if needed by Meetup message or text at (541) 261-8167.
