I have always been a solid liberal and progressive, voting that way, talking to people, joining committees, volunteering my time, and always standing up for the underdog. I step up when I am needed and I stand my ground in all spheres of life that are about ethics, especially when it is about actual human beings. Earlier tonight I was at an event at the U.U. church in Marblehead where we heard an autobiographical talk from a former Syrian refugee. I signed up to tutor refugee children in Lynn. psychological terms since I am recently widowed. I am a retired social worker and college adjunct. I get myself out, walk my dog, join groups, socialize with friends and neighbors. Love music, the Blues especially, and classic rock, the 50's. I love discussion, talking, laughing, eating with others.
I went to my email and there you were. I want to join.
