Grounded Yoga in the Park – Mindful Movement & Connection
Welcome to a grounded yoga community focused on mindful movement, connection, and renewal.
Join us for outdoor yoga under the sun and trees in beautiful Balboa Park (and sometimes Mission Bay). These donation-based classes are open to all levels and designed to help you reconnect with your breath, body, and inner strength—whether you're managing stress, building strength, or simply making space for yourself.
Led by Ada Wilkinson, a certified YogaWorks instructor and professional dancer, each class is thoughtfully crafted to support nervous system regulation, strength and flexibility, and a deep sense of groundedness and presence.
What to Expect:
A Vinyasa-Hatha hybrid practice in a supportive, judgment-free space
Breathwork, grounding, balance work, and deep stretches
Community connection and intention-setting
Donation-based (suggested minimum: $10)
Classes require at least 5 RSVPs to run
What to Bring:
A yoga mat
Anything else you need for your comfort and savasana
When:
1–2 sessions per week (morning or sunset)
Where:
Balboa Park or Mission Bay
