Dance Benedicion - Dance Blessing - A Solstice Dance Journey

As the Winter Solstice approaches, we create a sacred space to dance our prayers and intentions for the personal, collective, and our planet. We invite you to a restorative Sunday afternoon of dance and togetherness.
We dance for embodiment and liberation -- transmuting, celebrating, mourning, alchemizing all that no longer serves and stretching to embody and receive all that we wish to come. All is welcome in this time of great contrasts. Turning to dance medicine in an ancient yet new way, in a good way.
Lauren Sovereign, a DJ and healer with over 20 years of experience creating unique experiences across the globe, weaves a special DJed journey of global electro folkloric rhythms of reverence, our soundtrack to alchemize, celebrate, transmute and transcend. We will share a prayer for the water that we will drink during the dance, for the waters of our planet, and the water within us.
In the ancient tradition of the Solstice, we join together in community during the darkest night to ignite our light within and honor that reflection in others.
