Remote Working: The New Normal?

Details

👋 Hello everyone,

Welcome to our first Meetup in 2022 - a panel discussion on
Remote Working: The New Normal?

The pandemic has altered the boundaries between work life and personal life, it has led us to reflect on these changes and adapt accordingly, individually and in organizations. If your business has allowed, you probably have been working remotely in the past two years.

What has worked well and what are the drawbacks in the remote set-up? How will it be moving forward, all while ensuring psychological safety and fair gender representation in the workplace? Will this become our new normal or not?

Please join Valentina, Marissa and Lucas to get a scoop how it has been for them working as an individual contributor and as a team lead in tech companies like Taxfix and Solarisbank, where psychological safety and diversity, equation and inclusion are given high importance.
