Raj has more than 20 years of experience as a technology executive, working to drive transformation and focused on building and scaling global organisations. Raj joined Solaris in 2021 after living in USA for over 20 years where he mostly worked with fortune 500 Banking and Insurance companies and as a consultant with IBM, Cognizant and Gartner. Raj has a Masters in Computer Information Systems and an MBA.

Bina is working with Contis/Solaris since 9+ years. Currently she is leading and managing the QA team as QA Manager in the card section. Apart from this she is also working on solution discussions, automation of applications, product training and recruitment process for QA department.

Sreekesh is part of the Core Banking team within Solaris, working along with a team of awesome engineers based in India.After completing his MBA he started his career as a banker with a leading private sector bank in India. Later, he switched to technology domain when he joined in as a Business Analyst for a US based MNC. Before joining Solaris, he donned the role of a Product Owner for a leading MNC bank which has a strong franchise across Asia, Middle East, and African markets.

Carina is working almost two years with Solaris, now in the role of Director of Engineering for the Identity teams. In the past she worked as an engineer and team lead mainly developing image recognition and geomechanical simulation systems with C++. Working with her teams and team leads, she drives continuous improvement and collaboration. On the latter - collaboration within the teams, one of the great challenges is working with engineers from different tech hubs around Europe and India.
