Pop in on Sunday between 11am - 2pm for an ice bath, sauna, music and meaningful connections with like-minded people!

No problemo 🙂 We will give you all the guidance and support you need. Whether you want to stay in the ice for 1 second or 5 minutes it’s completely up to you. Zero pressure and zero degrees!❄️
