Sole Hike: Sunday, October 6th - Palisades Interstate Park

Join me on Sunday, October 6th for a moderate hike in the Palisades Interstate Park in Alpine, New Jersey. The trail varies from leveled ground to rocky sections. There is a 520 ft switchback climb up toward a historical stop at the vista point. Trail activities will include: mindful moments, trail talk (open discussions), and meditation.
