Sunset Soul Hike

Wind down from the day on the trail! Summer 2020 has seen a surge in day-use of NJ & NY hiking trails by new and veteran hikers. But hiking is not just a day-time activity! Some of the best hikes (and photos) are experienced during the golden hour before sunset. Unless you're a morning bird and like to take in the sunrises! (We're planning those hikes soon).

Join Heal with Sole guide, Julie, this Thursday, July 30th at 6:00 pm in Ringwood, New Jersey for a moderate Sunset Soul Hike. For safety reasons, trail locations and details will be emailed upon complete registration.
