I have extensive experience within Software development industry where I have worked as a Technical Consultant & Solution Architect around the Atlassian ecosystem for the last 7 years. I am a certified expert with my badges in JSM & Confluence but have focused on all flavours of Jira management. I have a wealth of knowledge gained from these tools where I can provide such services like migrations, from implementations, discoveries as well as general administration and best practice advice & procedures.
I am a qualified Scrum Master and have led several teams through their Agile journey as they continued to mature, eventually becoming an Agile lead for operations and forming a PMO.
ITIL V4 foundation qualified. Have helped many teams form processes around their business needs and eventually into their tooling.
Starting with the methodology, I thrive in helping customers and individuals bring their processes into practice within the applications.
Community Leader for the Ace Southampton.

25 years ago, I started my working life as an electronic engineer and I was terrible at it. I cared far more for the what and why than the how. This has been my greatest power throughout, focusing on getting things done, stripping away the noise and personifying simplicity in an ever-complex world.
A project manager who on paper has had more successes than failures but chooses to remember the failures, the struggles, the f**c-up's and have grown massively as a result.
Now a business, project and Trello consultant on a mission:
I want to champion the unheard, the small businesses, those out there who risk everything they have to live out their values and who deserve to be given every chance to succeed.
I believe in the values of Trust, empathy and simplicity. I believe the best skill I have to offer is to offer those values to others, enable them to live their own values and work to the best of their ability.
I believe that there is no such thing as work/life balance. Life=work and work=life, its up to us to make sure we create purpose based on the who we want to be and stay true to our values in all domains of life.
I also believe in conservation; of our planet, of our humanity and of our working values.
We always look for more, more sales, more money, more growth, more process, more tools, more complication...
But DO LESS! is the option often overlooked. Reduce and simplify how you work, it can be just as effective as doing more...
