I have extensive experience within Software development industry where I have worked as a Technical Consultant & Solution Architect around the Atlassian ecosystem for the last 7 years. I am a certified expert with my badges in JSM & Confluence but have focused on all flavours of Jira management. I have a wealth of knowledge gained from these tools where I can provide such services like migrations, from implementations, discoveries as well as general administration and best practice advice & procedures.

I am a qualified Scrum Master and have led several teams through their Agile journey as they continued to mature, eventually becoming an Agile lead for operations and forming a PMO.

ITIL V4 foundation qualified. Have helped many teams form processes around their business needs and eventually into their tooling.

Starting with the methodology, I thrive in helping customers and individuals bring their processes into practice within the applications.
