About us

Welcome to the club!
Solid State Strength is a community dedicated to minimalist, high-impact kettlebell training for those who don't have time to waste on inefficient workouts. We use one simple piece of iron to build a resilient, injury-proof foundation for a long, active healthspan. It is a highly effective physical baseline to offset long hours at the desk or in the lab.

Who is this group for?
Absolutely everyone. Kettlebell training can sometimes look intimidating from the outside, but our practice is entirely ego-free.

```
Quality over Quantity: Designed for busy people who want to maximize the return on time from their workouts. Kettlebell training is an unmatched, high-ROI practice—perfect for getting in, getting strong, and getting on with your evening.
All Experience Levels: Whether you are new to the iron or a seasoned practitioner, you have a spot here.
Desk Athletes to Trail Runners: Whether your goal is to undo the stiffness of the workday, prepare your joints for the mountains, or simply invest in your long-term durability, this practice supports it.
```

How does it work?
We focus on low-clutter, high-yield kettlebell movements. We treat our meetups as "practice" rather than exhausting, burnout workouts. The goal is to leave feeling stronger and moving better than when you arrived.

Important: We Are Peers, Not Coaches
Please note that this is not a guided fitness class and there are no official coaches. We are simply a group of peers coming together to exercise, share knowledge, and hold each other accountable. You are responsible for your own safety, warm-up, and workout structure, though we are always happy to swap tips and encourage one another.

What to expect at our meetups:

```
Focus on safe training over pure intensity.
A welcoming environment where we talk training and push each other to improve.
Consistent mid-week sessions designed to seamlessly fit into your schedule and shake off the workday.
```

Equipment: Bring Your Own Bell
We do not provide spare equipment at this time. You must bring your own kettlebell to participate!

Grab your bell and come train with us.
