Work Sesh for Women Solopreneurs
Olympia, WA
The Solitudinals is a supportive group for women solopreneurs in Olympia who want to make real progress on their businesses, projects, or personal goals.
We’re called Solitudinals because solopreneurs are navigating their own course—choosing our own longitude and latitude (what we do for work, how/where/when we work) instead of having our path dictated by a boss. We are the boss. What can make this isolating is that nobody else knows what you’re working on. So we’re here to share our coordinates with each other—to let someone else know what we’ve chosen to work on today.
We meet every other Wednesday for body double sessions, i.e. “working quietly near other humans.” It’s especially helpful for women who struggle with focus, motivation, or getting started on tasks—turns out our brains love having other focused people around.
How it works:
We keep it simple with a Pomodoro-ish vibe:
• Quick check-in: “Hey, I’m tackling my website copy today” or whatever you’re up to
• Pick a work chunk (22 minutes? 33 minutes? We decide), set a timer, and dive in
• When the timer goes off, we stop working to share how it went
• Rinse and repeat for however long feels good within our 90-minute window
Drop in for the whole thing or just pop by when you can. We always leave space at the start and end to ease in and wrap up without rushing.
This is for women solopreneurs who want to work with people who get it—who understand that focus, motivation, and follow-through can be real challenges when you’re working for yourself. We’re here to be honest with each other about what we’re struggling with and share tools that can help each other out, or at least have the comfort of knowing we’re not alone in this.
It’s simple: come as you are, work on what matters to you, and leave feeling like you actually moved the needle on something important.

Every 2 weeks on Wednesday until April 30, 2026
