Fairytale Picnic event

Hello Storytellers!

I’m excited to invite you to a magical stylized mini shoot event in Windsor — where fairytale meets countryside charm!

📅 Date: 31th of August

🕛 Time: 12:00 PM – 2:15 PM

🎯 Photographers: 2–4 max (each will have timed shooting slots for both looks)

✨ Concept & Schedule:

Two outfit changes, two dreamy styles:

👑 12:00–1:00 PM – Glamorous Rococo Alice in Wonderland style

○Corset, fluffy skirt, stockings

○Pink wig, bright glam makeup, big lashes, pink lips

○Fantasy picnic setting with cakes, candles, sweets, and playful Rococo vibes

👒 1:15–2:15 PM – Country Picnic Style

○Long, flowy countryside dress

○Big round hat or a pink bow soft natural makeup

○Apples, notebook, paint brushes

(15-minute break for changing outfits & makeup between looks)

At the end or between sessions, you’re warmly invited to enjoy the delicious cupcakes prepared for the shoot!

☀️ Lighting: We’ll mainly use natural light. If you'd like to use flash or extra lighting, please bring your own equipment.

☔ Rain plan: In case of rain, we’ll move to a covered area styled in the same picnic theme.

📍 Location: The shoot will take place in a park with plenty of beautiful natural backdrops.

🚗 Parking: Paid parking is available on-site — £4.50 for 3 hours

💷 Cost: £60 per person
