Solopreneur - Solo No More

What is this about?

If you are working solo - you are a sole trader, or a freelancer, or a consultant, or have a side hustle, or are working in your mum's garage on a prototype for the next Google and are still on step one of your ten-point world domination plan...

You may need to talk to other people and get some structure and routine about it. Discuss your plans, your goals, your achievements... Think of it as the "agile method for solopreneurs" - an informal gathering where you meet strangers and use them as a sounding board for your ideas, get feedback and advice, and then give feedback and advice in return.

This is supposed to be the alternative of a company's agile rituals - daily standup, sprint planning, and sprint retrospective.

Long-term, the idea is to make it a weekly event - initially, in Brisbane CBD only, then maybe other locations if people in other places are interested.

Also long-term, participants could incrementally build a handbook with the most frequently asked questions, and have a web site where people can look it up and benefit from the wisdom of the (selected) crowd.

Note that this is a morning event, which also has an afternoon counterpart on Thursdays - in a different location!
