We will discuss how he manages to successfully juggle all the work, all the stakeholders, all the back-office stuff. For him, that includes reaching and teaching novice to experienced marathon runners, working with and raising money for a nonprofit which includes the help of those runners, working with race organizers, making sure his racers help put on a great race for attendees and other racers, helping those helped by the nonprofit, and still have fun and make sure everyone else does, too.
