What is the cooperation like? Whose role and responsibility is what, and what can result from such a cooperation? This case presentation shares a software development company's solution-focused organisational design process.
You should not miss this case if you are an IT specialist, HR and organisational design practitioner.
‘We will tell you what was the moment that made it possible to reframe the organisation. We talk about the steps of the design process implemented by us and also show the new organisational functions. We did this work together in a very focused way in 2 months: the IT professional knowledge was provided by the managing director, Ádám, and Andi facilitated the organisational design process.’

What you should know about our guest:
After a short trial as a software developer, Ádám, an engineer with a background in informatics and business informatics, found the balance between technical topics, organisation and dealing with people in the management of IT projects. In 2011, he joined the Hungarian IT subsidiary of the German dwpbank as a project manager (dwpbank is Germany's largest securities transaction bank, providing a comprehensive platform for securities transactions for 1,100 German banks). In the past decade and a half, he retired from project management and built and led the company's operations and DevOps team. He has been a member of the management since 2020, and managing director since the beginning of 2023. In recent years, as a member of the parent company's senior management team, he has participated as a stakeholder in the bank's digitisation and modernisation programs, and in the Budapest subsidiary, his main focus is on the development of the organisation, including organisational culture, organisational structure and creating efficient, measurable processes.
