Psychedelic Yoga is a collection of practices—drawn from diverse forms of yoga and yoga-adjacent traditions—curated and designed specifically for psychedelic experience. The goal is to optimize intentional psychedelic work: maximizing healing benefits, unlocking growth potential, and supporting spiritual progress.

In this workshop, we'll practice together (live on Zoom) sample methods in the three domains of body, breath, and mind. You'll leave with practices you can apply in three ways: to prepare for and integrate psychedelic experiences; during the journey itself; and to induce non-ordinary states of consciousness without substances—for the same healing purposes.

This workshop is hosted by Henry Kandel, a psychedelic yogi based in New York, and Rob Shivadas Matthews, founder of Pala Medicine, a ketamine clinic in Los Angeles. Both are board members of the Psychedelic Yoga Research Collective. This workshop marks the beginning of our collaboration to bring PY to both coasts. Rob is currently launching Soma Psychedelic Yoga on the West Coast—a community dedicated to a yoga-inspired body, breath, and mindfulness in the psychedelic context.

Whether you're new to this work or have years of experience with yoga and/or psychedelics, this introduction offers a practical entry point and plenty of inspiration to go deeper.
