Soma & Sonus is an immersive, multi-day intensive exploring the body as an instrument of resonance and creation. Through improvisation, voice work, and movement research, we dive into deep listening, physical expression, and the raw, tactile experience of voice in motion.

What is this workshop?
An experiential exploration of the interplay between Body & Movement, Sound & Voice. We’ll refine our movement skills while heightening our sensitivity to sound and music as an essential part of artistic expression.
Strengthening this connection transforms not only our technique but also the depth of our creative process.

Blending vocal yoga, traditional Hatha postures, breathwork, and vocal warm-ups with movement techniques drawn from Release, Contact Improvisation, and Floor Work, Soma & Sonos expands your movement vocabulary and deepens your artistic exploration.
