MARIEM WERHANI (Heart 2 heart somatic)
Mariem is a certified Somatic Coach, IFS Practitioner, and Sound Healer who helps people move from the chaos of the mind into the wisdom of the body.
She works with clients who feel stuck, overthink, or struggle to relax, as well as those whose moods dictate their lives. Through practical somatic tools and embodied awareness, she helps them find clarity and the confidence to take that first step.
Her approach blends somatic movement with cognitive awareness, supporting clients in shifting not just how they think, but how they *feel* and *move* through life.
Mariem’s clients value her ability to hold space without judgment, and with deep compassion. She brings years of experience in somatic coaching, trauma-informed practices, and sound therapy to help others create real, lasting change.

ALEXANDRA IURIAN (Willing Nest Clinic)
Alexandra is a psychotherapist and clinical psychologist, working 1:1 with people who want to build a life of meaning, depth, and authenticity. Trained in ACT, Schema Therapy, CBT, Hypnosis, and DBT, she combines evidence-based methods with a deeply humanistic approach. She doesn’t reduce people to “disorders” – instead, she sees their potential to live a life worth living, filled with purpose and connection.
Together, Mariem and Alexandra bring an integral perspective of the human being – guiding you from idea to plan, from plan to concrete action, so you can come closer to yourself. Beyond their professional expertise, they are both curious, adventurous souls who love to travel, connect, and explore the richness of the human experience.
