Research shows our stress, emotions, and experiences aren’t just stored in the mind — they live in the body too. In Somatic Circle, we explore that connection together.
This is more than meditation. You’ll learn how to actually access your body and use it as a tool to understand yourself more deeply. Not just observe what’s there, but work with it.
It’s also community-based. If you’re curious about this connection and want to explore it alongside others asking the same questions, this is your space! We meet twice a month. No experience necessary: just bring curiosity.
