What we’re about

I’m so glad you’re here. 🤍 Imagine a softly lit room with 8–10 women gathered in a circle, ready to welcome you. Soft music plays as you arrive. The space feels calm, inviting, and safe enough for your body to take a deep exhale.

My intention in creating this circle is to bring women together who value meaningful connection, want to explore the relationship between their minds and bodies, and are open to experiencing healing through movement.

Our bodies are always communicating with us — through sensations, breath, posture, and even stillness. Yet in the busyness of life, we often tune out these messages. When we slow down and listen, we begin to understand what our bodies are asking for: rest, release, expression, community, or care.

This awareness can be profoundly healing.

Together, we’ll practice tuning into this awareness and embodying it through gentle movement, grounding, and breath. You don’t need any experience — simply curiosity and an openness to explore.

Expect consensual hugs, self-massage, guided reflection, and connection in community.

💫 A Few Things to Know

✨ This is a safe space. Please come exactly as you are. ❤️
✨ This is not therapy. Our gatherings offer guided somatic practices, reflection, and connection, not formal counselling.
✨ Your participation is flexible. You’re welcome to join in, move, share, or simply observe until you feel ready. Everything we do is invitational and paced by you.

🌸 My Hope for You

That you leave feeling cared for and nourished - that your body feels supported, your mind feels softer, and you experience a deeper sense of ease and relaxation. Over time, you’ll begin to notice what truly allows you to feel rested, regulated, and well.

Every voice matters, and your presence here is deeply valued.

If you ever have questions or suggestions for future gatherings, I’d love to hear from you — your feedback is always welcomed and appreciated.
