In this uplifting session, you’ll learn how to pause, connect, and feel fully at home in the Confidence & Joy in your body. Through gentle, guided embodiment practices, we’ll explore what it feels like to be grounded, radiant, open, and deeply self-assured.

  • A yoga mat or towel to sit on
  • Open mind & be ready to explore & learn more about yourself
  • Journal and pen. There will be blank ones available for those that need them.
  • Comfy clothes (there will be some movement but not rigorous)

Parking: Metered parking and free parking along the lake (walking distance)
What is an Embodiment Practice?
An embodiment practice is any intentional activity that helps you connect more deeply with the sensations, wisdom, and emotions held in your body. Instead of just thinking about how you feel or what you want, embodiment practices invite you to feel it—right here, right now, through the body.
