Throughout the week, each group will follow the virtual curriculum. Members can choose between Saturday in person at March farm, or to complete the workshop solely virtually.

Our eco-therapy workshop blends evidenced based intervention to increase experience of connection to self, increase ease in relationships, improve cognitive function and memory, assist with sleep, significantly decrease stress/anxiety, and assist with pain management for injuries and chronic illness.

Each week builds on the next, guiding participants through nervous system regulation and ending the fall in a state of bliss.

Each week you will have a virtual curriculum of:

• Meditations drawing from somatic therapy & mindfulness stress reduction to be preformed outdoors

• Journal Prompts to guide your journey and increase neurobiological change

• Wisdom Readings & Media to assist with connection to mental, physical, and spiritual wellness

• Weekly group to process experience throughout the week with individuals working towards the same goal and a group meditation
