Larina and Murti have been holding Ecstatic Dance gatherings regularly on the island for the past 15 years.
We hold both in-person outdoor and online events.

New to the practice? No experience is necessary, just a willingness to let go and move your body, guided by the music which is carefully selected. Ecstatic Dance is free-form movement where we allow our bodies to express themselves without an agenda. It's a moving meditation practice that merges inner with outer worlds and encourages and celebrates connection between body and spirit.

Enjoy continuous music designed to take you on a cathartic ecstatic dance journey! Larina's music sets/playlists are designed to open up pathways to creativity, freedom and bliss.
Feel free to wear clothing that is comfortable for movement - such as yoga clothes, or dance clothes.
