What we’re about
This is an open meditation group - you are welcome to join on any Tuesday evening that suits you. All levels of experience are welcome.
When: Tuesdays from 19:30h
Where: Reset Studio - Rua Barão Sabrosa 154 B (Penha da França, metro Alameda)
Contribution: €8-10 (or whatever you can)
Format: 30min sitting meditation + 30min for tea and connection (optional)
