I would like to invite you to this practice, where there is no single right way to move, dance, express yourself, or simply be; where variety in performing the task or instruction in the most authentic way for oneself is valued; the most atypical and unconventional way of doing things. Not in the sense of forced, scandalous, or daring extravagance, but in being true to what governs my soul and spirit.

We will work with tools such as authentic movement, somatics, dance improvisation, movement scores.
